  Perfect place to walk around if you are prepared to deal with walking on sandy surfaces. Usually a bit chilly with the breeze. Parking is available along the road and in pullouts. If you have a choice between the 17 mile drive and here, come here. The views are significantly better and you don't have to pay $10 to drive near golf courses. We have not visited this area during peak tourist season so I'm not sure how packed it gets during that time.
